What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ depends on the product — typically 1 MT for cashew, 5,000 metres for gray cloth and one full container for onion. Contact us for exact terms on your requirement.
Which Incoterms do you supply on?+
We quote on FOB, CFR and CIF as standard, and can accommodate other Incoterms depending on the destination port and order size.
Can you supply samples before a bulk order?+
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation against your specification; sample and courier charges may apply and are usually adjusted against the first order.
What payment terms do you accept?+
We typically work with advance T/T and irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight). Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice for each order.
Do you offer private-label or custom packaging?+
Yes — bulk, retail and buyer-branded private-label packaging is available for most products. Share your packing specification and we will quote accordingly.
How long does delivery take?+
Lead time depends on product, quantity and destination — generally 2–4 weeks from order confirmation to shipment, plus transit time to your port.
